As a scientist and global strategist, Rita understands what it takes for organizations to remain competitive while drastically transforming the way they operate. With 18+ years of diverse and successful experience in the energy and IT sectors focused on corporate strategies, business development, environmental compliance, operations, and organizational change management, Rita has built her career on the ability to analyze business strategy, engage stakeholders, drive operational goals to achievement, and develop solutions in a disruptive marketplace. She has developed roadmaps and programs to advance internal solutions for employees and supplies or external solutions for customers and other stakeholders.
Having a Bachelor’s of Science Degree from Louisiana State University, and an Executive Master’s Degree from Arizona State University in Sustainability Leadership, Rita brings experience spanning the petrochemical, oil& gas, utilities and IT sectors. Rita has consulted and helped maximize business potential across the full spectrum of the industry from super majors, majors, and independents in the oil, gas and petrochemical marketplace and within a Fortune 250 utility company.

Mark has 25 years experience in various aspects of industry in the energy sector and has delivered improvement initiatives in the Quality Assurance/Business Excellence, Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety fields. These successes have been manifested in drives for compliance, certification to international standards and organizational improvement.
Mark’s efforts now focus on ensuring that organizations achieve compliance to the ever increasing demands associated with Environmental, Social and Governance [ESG] requirements and guidelines. He works to support all stakeholders including employees, clients, suppliers, stockholders and society at large to help organizations to meet a wide range of ESG needs.
Mark holds a Masters degree in Strategic Quality Management from the University of Portsmouth Business School in the UK. His wide range of experience and qualifications has given him the expertise to foster learning and improvement thereby giving organizations a competitive edge.

Jeff Dangremond is the Principal Financial Specialist at ESG Verification, LLC and a Consultant/ Advisor for Round Rock Advisory, LLC. In those roles, he is responsible for advising companies, individuals, foundations, and nonprofits. He provides guidance and collaborates to set both the strategic and tactical financial direction with a focus on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives.
Jeff has over 30 years of experience and a demonstrated successful history of working in the financial services industry with a specialization in fiduciary wealth management, commercial lending, and portfolio oversight. His primary focus is now on ESG issues and initiatives and how they impact companies, employees, investors and stakeholders. Most recently, Jeff was responsible for the development of lending products and the specific development of an ESG investment platform for a Midwest-based financial institution.
He has consulted and advised to domestic and international corporations, philanthropic foundations, NGO's, and educational organizations to verify the use and application of corporate, group, and individual philanthropic and charitable contributions. Specialization is in the area of ESG reporting, corporate social responsibility, and the financial risk assessment and analysis of the recipient organization's financial sustainability.
Jeff graduated with a Master of Sustainability Leadership from Arizona State University - School of Sustainability and a Master of Business Administration from Arizona State University - W. P. Carey School of Business. He currently holds Series 7 and Series 66 licenses in General Securities and Uniform Combined State Law from FINRA. Jeff has been a frequent speaker at various universities in the United States and internationally, discussing ESG initiatives and related business ethics.
